Triathlon.

750 meter swiming, 20 km bike-cykeling and 5 km running, and Saturday is the day when I am going to do my first triathlon. I am going in for it, and hopefully I am gonna make it under 3,5 hours. It is gonna be hard, but I am going to try my absolutely best! I am back on Saturday evening to tell my results :D. Have a good day! Be seeing you!

This night has been.. Very good! A very chill and calm evening/night, met new people and we really have a good time here! I wanna keep tha feeling of being here, but I wanna have friday evening now, because that day is the day Kim and I are going to see each other again, after 2 weeks and 5 days.. Miss him sooo badly! Classic Car Week!

Daniela and I are in Rättvik, Dalarna now. We're here for the 10th year.. Wonderful! We're gonna spend nearly a week here, just have a nice time, holiday! I miss my Kim, but we're gonna meet up soon! Friday! :)

Hello happy world!

I got BIG news! I'm owner of a dog now. Tuija, one of my friends do not have space and time enough for her so I'm gonna bring her home in 2 weeks. I'm gonna have her for a while before I decide if I wanna keep her, have enough time for her and so on. Her name is Loppan, and this is the way she looks like 11:40pm. :) How very cute isn't she? :)

In Dalarna.

I'm in Dalarna for now, visit Tuija and Pasi on their trottcamp! ;) It's very funny and the evenings are the best with alot of laught, nearly endless! Haha. Hard to explane what is so damn funny, but it is very fun anyway! :D Today: Pasi is going to teach me how to make a horseshoe, take blood-tests (because many horses are in their stable is sick) and shoe a pony. Looking forward to everything.

On friday am I going back to Enköping and Myrsjö. We are going to show some foals. Those that are for sale :)

Kim has been here since Wednesday, we were home over the weekend.. And then back. It was good to see Stockholm again, but I like this life better.. Way better! This job is so much better than I EVER believed.

It has been +36°c today and it's probably gonna be the same tomorrow as well. I guess it's nothing to be mad of, because that winter we had was a disaster! Remember?

What a wonderful weather we have here in Sweden now! Isn't amazing? :)

It has been a while, and now do I have another horse here as well. Hiko. He is soo sweet! I have him here to give him more training.. Hope it ends up well :)

I'm might gonna start him in a monté-race in a week, how fun isn't that? :D

Good evening! I had a good day today, a lot of things has been done, and now are my bed calling on me! We had a really nice weather here today and both Matilda and I get som tan.. Arriva!

The vet. is coming tomorrow to check 20 horses if they are pregnant or ready to get breed! New record again!

Triathlon is geting closer everyday and I'm now in half-marathon in Stockholm the 11th September as well. Looking forward to it at the same time as I get scared by thinking of it. I've never run that far! So, we plan for; Half-marathon, 2 triathlons (21st and 29th august), midnightrace (10km) and a last one, we'll se if I'm going to do it! :) Hope so anyway! :D

Yesterday evening did Anita said; ''you take the morningstables tomorrow, do you?''

I said; ''Yes, of course''

Morningstables means: Feed the horses 7:00am and bring them out in their paddock 7:20am.

Matildas boyfriends stayed here yesterday night so this morning when I was on my was I saw one of her eyes open, looking at me, hoping for me to say; ''you can stay here, I'll be back in a minute'' - And so I did!

I fed the horses, came back in, fell asleep before my head hit the pillow. Slept for 15 minutes, and then my alarm was on again, we counted to three, Matilda and I, and ''up we go''.. Brought the horses and foals out, Matildas boyfriend went home and we, back in and fell asleep.. Woke up by my phone was calling 10:30.. It was Kim, fell asleep again, woke up by Matildas phone 11:35. Time to get up? - I asked her..

- Yes, I'm starving..

- Me too, let us go and get sme breakfast..

AND THEN the day was on. It has been a cool, nice day.

Training today: 45 minutes bike-cyceling - nearly 15 km. Followed by 10 minutes jogg.

I think I'm gonna have pretty stiff muscles tomorrow :/ *Hope not* :D

Tomorrow: The vet. is coming to look at 17 horses! It is new record for this breed-station. Wonerful! :)

We had a shopping and patrol-day yesterday.. And, this is the most Anita (our boss) have paid for diesel ever! :D I had to take a photo, so everyone can see! :)

We (Matilda and I) had a very good trip yesterday, came here without any trouble. It took us 1,5 hour to get Spirit on the trailer (stupit horse, not afraid!!). Wixen did just well, she just walked on.. 30 secounds? We had a whole pickup-car full with our geers and stuff..

... Well.. We are girls, and 2 horses and we are going to live here for 4-6 weeks... We do not even know how long we are going to say here. We love the farm, the cows, the horses and first of all, the people. Anita, our ''boss'', she is like our mother.. Lovable!

Good morning, I'm up to cooking eggs. Today, they will be served boiled. After breakfast, I'm going to grandmother, say hello to her.. It has been a while since.. Hm, what else.. OH! I have the laundry today, I'm going to wash clothing and horse-geers so I can bring clean things to Myrsjö, were I'm going to spend the 4-5 coming weeks.

After them weeks am I might going to train a trott-horse, hes name is Hiko. He is not good enough, so my friend Tuija asked me if i wanted to do that for her.. I will just find somewhere to ''put'' the horse for one month. It's gonne be great, I think I can sort it out! :)

- So far, so good! I feel a bit empty in my stomach. But, what to do?

Yesterday was more pain, well, this day has just started so who knows how this day is going to be? What I found most hard is to don't have anything to chew on, because I'm a ''grab'n go girl'' HAHA!

Anyway, Hope this day can go fast so I can get my eggs tomorrow! :)

Diet!

So, I'm on a completely crazy diet now and for four weeks..

Food today: 1 kg bananas and tea.

Tuesday: 1 kg bananas and tea.

Wednesday: 2 boiled eggs, 1 chrispbread with cheese, coffee, fish in sauce, carrots, 1 potato, cabbage, 2 pears and 2 apples.

Thursday: 2 fry eggs, 1 slice bacon, 1 chrispbread with cheese, coffee, chicken and cabbage.

Friday: 2 fry eggs, 1 slice bacon, 1 chrispbread with cheese, chickensallad, 1 potato, one slice white bread, 3 apples, 1 orange.

Saturday: 2 fry eggs, 1 slice bacon, 1 chrispbread with cheese, coffee, spinach, 1 potato, 1 slice white bread, 1/2 kg shrimps, roquefort-cheese, coffee and a cookie!!

Sunday: 2 fry eggs, 1 slice bacon, 1 tomato, 1 slice white bread, coffee, beaf, green beans, one potato, tomato, 2 apples, 2 oranges.

I came to the stable around 4:30pm. Rode Spirit nearly 2 hours. 1 hour out in the forest and 40 minutes in the paddock. I really pushed her and maked her work. It was fantastic. It was her first dressage-job since November. She was like... Flying.. I love that horse so much! HAH! I sounds like a geek here! :P Well... So I am ;) Anyway, after that, I took a walk home with my dog, Tobi. I came home, prepered some meat and started the grill. Maked a sallad, chipped potatoes and sauce. It was a brilliand dinner! :D

Tonight, I'm just gonna rest here, gonna take a walk with Tobi soon, and after that go to bed. Going to ride tomorrow and then go home to Jakobsberg. Hope Matilda has a good evening btw, she's on a date! Puuuh! :D

Hmm.. Just another day in school. I overslept today, came late, but wft.. Last day, just some meaningless lessons :) It feels like anyway. Plans for today: School till 3:15pm, Pick up my brothers around 5pm and then o home and have dinner with a friend of mine. Hope this evening will be good! :)

Injured again! Not so bad, but enough for no exercise and stuff in TWO WEEKS!?.. Haha, did the doctor really beielve in me when I said, ''no, I won't exercise''.. I don't think so! :P

OH, I hate the feeling of knowing that I have not wrote in my blog for the last couple of days. The last news is that Spirit, my horse is injured and on antibiotica. She must have been in a fight with one of the horses and try to escape and ran into a tree and get a tree-branch in to her neck. The cut is about 3-4 cm deep, 8-10 cm long and 2 cm wide. Some pictures is coming here as well...

Now is it long weekend and Matilda and I are going out to the countryside :) Wiiihoo!! It is gonna be fun! :D

Hi! I'm back!

I've been very, very sick in notsillities. Terrible! I'm sitting here and try to kill 20 minutes.. Yes, because my class are going to Wången, Östersund today. It's gonna be SO fun! I'm gonna bring the computer and camera as well, so we'll sort the memories and everything out after :) - Fun fun fun! :)

This day has been a mess! I woke up, nearly started to cry because I could not swollow. It hurts SO bad and I can not even stand up quickly now in the evenings, I have to walk so slowly.

I think it is tonsillities, so I'm going to the doctor tomorrow. Hopefully I can get some medications. I don't have anymore energy for this now. Hopefully i better tomorrow! See you!

Yesterday, was my sister and I in the climbing-centre.. She LOVED it! I took some pictures of her as well and you'll see them later on. In the evening, Matilda came here and slept over.

I started to feel sick yesterday, hard to swollow, in my neck and my ears was bothering me as well.

Today, I woke up this morning. First time was at 05:53 and the second time was 07:14... ONE minute before my alarm was suppose to ring. I turned them of and fall asleep. Woke up 07:31 again.. But still plenty of time left. I said to Barry (my boss) that i would come till the racetrack around 10, which means that i have to leave my place around 9. I had a hot shower to warm up ligaments and my muscles in my neck, because I was sooo stiff.. I've been working the whole day and came home 30 minutes ago, checked my temprature because I felt very worm... 38.3°c did my thermometer showed me.. :/ So it was not so strange that i felt warm on the train. I use to have between 35.7-36.2. That's my usual temprature.. So now it fells like i sould die ;) Haha!

My throw is swollen, my jaws are aching, ears and neck.. I think that i will be home tomorrow.. Relax my self a bit and have a long sleep, if it works!

We were in Gottröra yesterday and rode Wixen! Matilda rode her and i took a walk beside her. Actually, it was not sooooo necessery, because she act as an old horse. She is very mellow, I mean to be 2,5 year. Lovable! :)

First day in school today, after 7 weeks. 5 weeks of working-experience and 2 week of vacation. The feeling is dead, I'm so tired of everything, to don't know anything, about something i don't even know nothing about. It's werid, and hard to pick.. Well, it's getting deep now. C ya!

Oh yes! Big day and I'm very happy over myself.

I ran 6 kilometers in 36:59.

Ingvald (my dads wifes dad): 43:18.

I was better then my dad and that was my goal as well.

After 1,5 kilometers i saw that he was 40 meters before me.. My tought was ''WTF!? How, when, where did he pass me!?'' 2 minutes later did I pass him and I didn't ever saw him after that. SO SKILLED! I had a good tempo and on the finishing stretch I gave everything I had left. The first thing i saw when I stoped was coffee.. YUK!

I stood there, felt like I was going do faint.. But came back on track quite quick after. Had one banana and water. Wonderful!

I am totally exhausted now, my eyes are tired and my head feels heavy! I think it's time to go home and leave dad for now. See you!

Bad news are that Spirit, my horse is totally lame on her right backleg. I have no idea what it is or how, but she's cantering on 3 legs... Not so good :( Hope she's getting better soon!

Tired, but oh, so happy!

I was babysitter, yesterday and slept in my mothers flat. Woke up this morning, around 10, had breakfast and then went back to bed. Fell asleep and woke up by my phone ringing at 1:00pm. My god! So I went home, picked up my climbing stuff and the went til the climbing-centre! :) Soo fun! I climbed more advanced walls, and felt very strong, but I'm gonna be SOO stiff in my arms tomorrow. Tomorrow are Matilda and I gonna start break in Wixen, my 2 year old filly :). Gonna be good! I will try to take some good pictures ;). See you!

Woke up 5am, couldn't fall asleep again, probably nervous. We had a wonderful last night, just let you know again ;).

It was hard to leave the hostel this morning, I mean, it has been as my home under this 5 weeks. And when we tropped the key in the box right outside, it maked me feel a bit... Empty. Sounds weird, I know.. I think so anyway.

We are very hot chiks today btw. High-hells, leggings, skirt and my new t-shirt. I promise that I will be better with the camera from now. I forgot my ''good'' lens at home (Stockholm) and brought the broken one.. GOOD ALEX! Haha, not!

The taxi picked us up this morning at 9am as we had booked.. Sooo good! I asked him for help with carry the bags till the car, and when he saw the bags, I could read his mind - it was like ''WITCH one shall i start with'' or ''OMG! What have you brought'' or ''How long have you been here''. HAha!

When we came to the station, ha said: 125 kr. I gave him 200, because it was the only cash i had.

- I don't know if I have change, he said

- Ok, so we get it for 100? :)

- Yes, have a nice trip home! :)

Haha, serious. We had a really good evening.. Came home after a really good morning in the stable. We finished at 12, went til the shoestore, bought ourselves (me and Sandra) high-heel-shoes, REALLY nice ones. They are looking the same, but i mean, WHATEVER! :D

I bought myself more things like;

- Nail polish - pink/apricot,

- An ''eyelash bend'',

- A cardigan and a big t-shirt,

- A facemask.

We worked our last full-day today! We're gonna work 3 hours tomorrow, in the morning. That will fit perfect! :)

I started to pack all my stuff yesterday, nearly done. Well.. Except shoes, working-clothes, training-clothes, and... hygiene stuff.. I've plenty of place left in my bags, and I'll pray to god that I can fit everything in does bags. They are quite small... Well I brought everything here, so I'm sure that I can get it home as well, but it's gonna be hard because we got a fleece-jacket when we were functionaries, and i have absolutely NO idea how to get that one in the bags.. Well, that's a problem for tomorrow evening.. THE EVENING BEFORE WE'RE GOING HOME!!! WOHOO!

Well, anyway I came out and I were out for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I was running 45 minutes and then I had 1 hours of walking because it was so fresh and nice air! And it is really nice to walk beside the sea, and hear the sounds of the waves and everything! :)

Hello blog! I have been riding on Jagesro today, came home to Seamus apartment again and fell asleep and slept at least for 2 hours.. 2,5.. When Seamus was in hes fillys stable and took care of her... Soooo good! I slept on Seamus bed in a sleeping bag, and Pernilla on the couch. He came home and find the both of us sleeping... Haha! I am not sharp and alert, but probably more then befor my ``nap``. It is gonna be an easy evening tonight. Just relax and tomorrow am I going to make the town unsafe! The day has been nearly the same as yesterday.

Came home 1,5 hours ago and had dinner, i think it will be early in bed today!

Well, 17 days left until we leeeeeave! WOHOOO!! Can't wait!

Woke up this morning at 7:15am even if i was free until 15 today.. Fell asleep again and then woke up again at 9:36am.. Well well, stayed in my bed til 12:15pm and then i went up, get dressed because i just HAD to run! I felt so lazy! So i was running för 35 minutes and then shower and went to work! We were there for 2,5-3 hours then she said (Helene, the girl we were with today); are interested in riding-schools and how it all works?

We; No!

Helene; Ok, well, you can go home girls!

We; Ok! Bye!

Now - bed! Totally exhausted!!!

Hello dear people!

I'm home now after 2 wonderful days in Malmö.

Riding, eating, walking..

I did really enjoyed everything with this 2 days! And, it feels really good to come back til the motell, have been talking to Julia, a .. kind of a friend. She is SOOOO wonderful. We have planned that we are going to climb, have dinner, brunch, do some nice thing together... It's gonna rock! :)

This day has been very good! And today is Seamus picking me up, I'm gonna stay in hes apartment for 2 nights, and ride on Jägersro - the race track here in Skåne. We're still talking about our hometrip and we add something we shall do then everyday, but todag did Sandra said; I have no idea were and what I shall start with when I am coming home to Stockholm. I said; I'm gonna.... Ehm ehm ehm eeeehm.. Not me either.. Haha! It's very hard just to pick something funny, just like that! Hmm.. Well, have a big nice dinner with my family anyway :)

This day has been a good, good day with alot of different things to do. My stepcounter stopped on 22, 350 steps tonight when i went to bed :) Reaaally good! ;)

Hmm.. Home again. Soooo boring day, could have been home... Well well, nothing to do, have to go out now and do some running :)

Hello! I've been running here today. It has been a WONDERFUL weather here as well! Sun, +3°c and a fresch wind have been blowing all day long. Anyway, I ran 3,5 - 4 km. I feel very good and healthy! My knee do not bother me so much at all anylonger, feels very good to me! Hope I'll fit enough for the ''Water Run'' the 18th of April - In Stockholm. The distance is 6 km and last day to entry oneself is the 31st of Mars! 20% of the entry fee will be paid in full to does coutries that don't have clean water to drink.. And for does kids and peoples that don't even have water daily. Help them! I will! :D

And this is the way we work it.

We miss home so badly so this is the only way to do it so we can look at somthing that make us happy..

Already a week! Can you imagine!? My god! So fast, and the coming one is going to run away even faster i think. :)

Very cozy to get letters, written by hand (i think) so i hope them three think so as well!

Today - I've been an cunctionary, the most irritating things are when,

• The riders are riding less then 2 cm from were you are standing,
• When we are responsible to rake the ground but only have 10 secounds to do that because the riders getting irritated when we do it while they are riding, and the ''next'' starts 20 secouds right after the previous has been finished,
• They are playing the same CD 3 days, corollary!

Now you know what's going on here! :)

This day has been a good day. We started our day with breakfast and then went do the stable. It was a lot of people there today, they were fix'n for the competitions that started today. Sandra and I are going to stand between some of the jumps on the court and hold a rake so we can fix some of the bumps and holes, and in case the horse gonna stop.

I've been out running today as well, hopefully get fit for the summer, be in a good shape for the traithlon this summer anyway. And the ''water run'' the 18th of April. That will be good! I've been home 8 days when that race is going so, yes, it will be perfect! :)
